Here’s a shot of Adele sitting in the late afternoon sun at 37 Camp Street, Katoomba. I have never seen any work directly attributed to her.

I have sent a few letters this last week seeking information about Essexware staff members. One was returned not deliverable, another gentleman kindly responded by email telling me he does not know the person I am seeking. I have had some luck however in locating somebody who went to school with one of the’ girls’ and I will shortly have another name to put to a face in the staff photos.

Rulolf Planter in the Studio (2)

Here’s Rudolf again working on a vase/urn, or perhaps it’s a water pitcher, in the studio. Unfortunately his eyes are closed in this photograph.

Paul has again kindly sent me some pictures of Rudolf’s Australian themed work on some mugs. Paul did you know his/her first name was Rudolf before you read my blog? If  the answer is yes I’d be interested to know where that information came from.
